Professional Summary
Jason has 25 years of corporate real estate experience, managing and executing real estate assignments for office and industrial clients both locally and globally. His expertise has provided him the opportunity to also consult for and represent users and investors on purchase and disposition projects throughout the GTA, as well as work along side Collier's Private Capital market's team on various redevelopment and value add assignments.
Sustainability and the environment are two issues that are important to Jason. In 2008 Jason took it upon himself to become one of the few agents in Toronto who are LEED certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), providing him with an insight into the future of office and industrial building design, as well as what companies will be looking for from a sustainability standpoint.
