Bobby MacDonald serves as the Managing Director, Brokerage for Southwest Ontario.  In this role, he leads the Kitchener/Waterloo  and Burlington teams in setting the strategic plan to grow revenue, market share, and serve our clients to the highest possbile standards. 

Bobby is an experienced leader with over 20 years managing operations, sales, and client relationships. Prior to joining Colliers in 2022, he was the Director, Operations for NTT’s Millennium 1 Solutions. In his role, he managed frontline customer service in core verticals of Financial Services, Retail, eCommerce, Telecommunications and Government. He was responsible for site launches and recruitment in Thunder Bay, Sudbury, Quebec, and various teams throughout Manila and South Africa.

Bobby's ability to create strong relationships with key landlords, tenants, and brokers has been a great accelerator in his day to day activities and career.

Following a succesful stint at Xerox, Scott joined Colliers in 2009 and has developed a strong knowledge base of the Greater Toronto Area office markets. Specializing in office leasing with a focus on tenant representation, Scott's forte is to assist clients in the renewal and relocation of their office space. Scott's personable approach and his attentive desire to deliver upon clients' hot buttons fosters an unparalleled agent-client relationship.​ 

Colin works exclusively with businesses assisting them in finding real estate solutions for their business challenges. This business focused approach has enabled him to act as an unbiased Advisor providing business driven real estate solutions to some of Metro Vancouver's largest companies.  Colin is consistently Colliers' Vancouver's top Advisor representing occupiers of office space and is the only Vancouver member of Colliers' global Occupier Advisors which is a small group of top Advisors who exclusively assist occupiers of office space. 

Colin is one of five people on the National Advisory Board advising the Canadian CEO on key national business issues, is a regular faculty member at Colliers University in the Netherlands and was awarded the Business in Vancouver Top Forty under 40 Award.

Nathan is an office leasing specialist focused on office tenant representation in the Greater Montreal Area. Prior to joining the team of Dominic Dussault (Vice President), Nathan worked as a research assistant for Colliers' market intelligence team. In this role Nathan was able to gain a keen understanding of Montreal's office inventory while also giving him an in-depth understanding of the market.

Nathan holds expertise in the field of urban planning as well as project management. This gives him a unique understanding of the office build-out and tenant improvment process, giving him a competitve advantage when negotiating with landlords on his clients behalf.
