Q4 of 2021 saw slight negative absorption across the region coming which came completely from the Downtown markets, while suburban markets across the region showed positive absorption.

  • Downtown markets across the region hit an all-time high availability rate of 27%, while suburban markets showed over 130,000 square feet of positive net absorption.
  • The average net rent continues to grow steadily as the price per square foot for the region increased by 200 basis points since the previous year to $15.22.
