In Q3 2022 the demand for office space in the Greater Victoria Area remained steady despite rising inflation and interest rate hikes.

  • Downtown Class A office space remains the lowest vacancy class with a rate of 1.2%.
  • Rental rates continue to increase in Q3 now averaging $24.01 per square foot, which represents an increase of 3.3% YoY, consistent with the growth seen last quarter.
