Saskatoon's industrial market has remained relatively steady over the past six months. Since the third quarter of 2019, industrial vacancy witnessed a modest increase of 52 bps.

  • Currently 1,554,047 square feet of industrial inventory is available for lease resulting in vacancy increasing to 6.3%.
  • Despite the increase in available space, average asking net rates have held steady and are calculate to be $9.84 per square foot.
