The City of Kelowna has witnessed strong appreciation in land values in both price per unit and buildable square feet over the past year.
- The sale price per unit saw strong averages. Wood frame multifamily saw units saw an average price of $50,000 per unit while concrete units saw an average of $66,000 per unit.
- The average price per buildable square foot had a range of different prices in the Okanagan with downtown Kelowna sitting at $39.00, Penticton at $20.00, and West Kelowna at $15.00.
