With the year coming to an end, three buildings are undergoing construction to be converted into residential housing, taking 154,000 square feet out of the market.

  • New supply is coming down the pipeline in the Bedford area, with a new building of ground floor retail and second floor office space, totaling 9,000 square feet.
  • Vacancy continues to steadily decline, from 14.9% at the end of 2022 to 13.1% in Q4 2023. All submarkets saw an average of 2.7% decrease year-over-year, except downtown, which stayed stable, with only a 0.1% increase.
