Finishing the third quarter of 2022, the Edmonton office market appears to be in its post-pandemic recovery phase.

  • Overall, leasing activity decelerated as expected during the summer months, but for the second consecutive quarter, the overall market reported positive absorption of 73,625 square feet with a slight decrease in vacancy to 19.0%.
  • We continue to see a flight to quality as newer buildings and higher quality spaces are being prioritized.

I have presided over the expansion of National sales activities across major sectors that included oil & gas, forestry, mining, transportation, construction, manufacturing & property management to drive revenue and profitability improvements for long term financial stability.
