The Suburban office market reported positive results in Q4 2021, achieving the first quarter of overall growth in occupancy since 2019.

  • The Suburban and Beltline markets experienced a slow start to the year, with momentum gaining in the second half.
  • For the first time in a number of years, several examples of competing offers on premises occurred in late 2021.
  • There was a high volume of sales activity in Q4 which could eventually lead to material changes in availability across the Suburban market.
