The City of Vancouver is currently in the latter stages of the Cambie Corridor Plan. 4139-4187 Cambie Street falls within the Queen Elizabeth precinct, which is defined as the area from King Edward to West 40th Avenue. The plan currently identifies redevelopment potential subject to finalization of the planning process and adoption by City Council in Spring/Summer 2011.
