The property offers a diverse opportunity to redevelop for single and multifamily homes to accommodate the General Public and local Tsawwassen First Nation members. The property falls within the G1 precinct with in the draft Neighbourhood Area Plan (NAP) of the Tsawwassen Land Use Plan. The subject property encompasses 94% of the total land area of the G1 precinct. There is a provision within the NAP for flexibility in density allocations between single, townhouse and apartment densities.
Currently the properties are unserviced although significant servicing works are currently being implemented so as to provide municipal services (water/sewer) to the property.
