Design Build Opportunity

Moncton, New Brunswick consists of a tri-community of Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview. Moncton hosts one of the fastest growing international airports in Canada (passenger and cargo) and is home of three universities, two public colleges and multiple private, postsecondary colleges. The Railyard District is centrally located on Millennium Boulevard and Vaughan Harvey Boulevard, just minutes away from the downtown core.

The proposed site expansion includes the addition of up to 10 new buildings, constructed on a Design-Built basis over a number of years. With a total square footage of up to 313,000 sq. ft., the new buildings will range in size from 20,000 – 40,000 sq. ft.

The Railyard District currently houses approximately 168,000 sq. ft. of Class ‘A’ office space in 3 existing buildings known as Emmerson Business Park (12 Millenium Boulevard, 11 Ocean Limited Way, and 21 Ocean Limited Way).
