Expression of Interest

On behalf of the Chalmers Foundation, Colliers is pleased to share an exclusive opportunity to redevelop the Chalmers Lodge at 1450 West 12th Avenue, Vancouver, BC (the “Property”) into a mixed-use development as part of a purchase and development partnership with the Chalmers Foundation.

To help facilitate their redevelopment plans, Chalmers Foundation is inviting qualified groups to review the project and submit a proposal for the purchase and redevelopment of the Property.

While the Chalmers Foundation intends to own and occupy approximately 100,000 SF of Non-Profit Seniors Housing within the new project, the remainder of the project, and possible further density, would be the opportunity and offering to the developer partner.

All prospective purchasers will be advised of a proposal submission date after an initial marketing period.
