Station No. 3 is a 6 storey, mixed use building generating 160 residential units and 9,472 square feet of divisible retail space. It is just south of the intersection of Brock and Dundas Street, the “Four Corners”, which is one of the top commercial nodes of Whitby. The Town of Whitby’s Official Plan designates the Four Corners as a Major Central Area, which calls for the intensification of commercial development. The expected completion of the retail space for turnover is Q2 2024.
