Colliers Experts Share Industry Knowledge at Winnipeg Real Estate Forum

The 7th bi-annual Winnipeg Real Estate Forum (REF) concluded this past April 26th, with a wide range of speakers, presentations, and panel discussions on the economic drivers responsible for Winnipeg’s strong industrial, retail and apartment markets.

Colliers experts, Dan Chubey, Managing Director Winnipeg Colliers, Sean Kliewer, Vice President, Office Brokerage, and Wendy Janzen, Colliers Project Leaders participated on three separate panels at REF.

Sean provided insights on the pandemic impact across the office market and the future of the workplace, Wendy touched on the topic of development activity across Winnipeg and how escalating costs are being managed while Dan moderated a panel focused on the impact of the pandemic on Downton Winnipeg and what initiatives can bring back vibrancy to the core.

The Winnipeg REF is hosted annually to address the needs of and provide clarity to the Canadian real estate market through networking, innovation and education. REF enables clients and real estate professionals to achieve commercial and personal success within a constantly evolving economic, political, technological, legal and cultural environment.
