Colliers International announced today that Victoria Marshall has joined the firm as Senior Director, Finance & Operations | Canada. Acting as an extension of Colliers Canada CEO Brian Rosen’s office, she will drive critical initiatives across Colliers Canada’s businesses and lead the organization’s strategic planning process.
Victoria brings to Colliers over two decades of experience in professional services and a track record of creating and executing effective growth strategies. She comes to the firm from KPMG, where she most recently held the position of Director, Strategy – Clients & Markets, working with senior leaders and their teams in enabling priority growth initiatives across the Canadian firm. Victoria also has a strong background in client service and business development, spending the first decade of her career as an external auditor, serving private, TSX- and SEC-listed companies with a focus on the Mining sector.
Victoria will be a critical new addition to Colliers Canada’s Leadership Team and will be instrumental in accelerating the firm’s business success.
