Design Build will construct 12-storey mixed-use building in Langford
Victoria, BC, Wednesday, October 23, 2019: Design Build Services held a groundbreaking ceremony today to kick off construction on Teminus and Tallwood 1 at District 56, Langford’s newest mixed-use complex. At 12-storeys, the development will feature the first tall wood building on Vancouver Island.

Tallwood 1 as phase 2 of District 56 will be a 12-storey mixed-use building, offering tenants and residents a much-needed alternative to the downtown Victoria core.

Teminus is scheduled for completion in summer 2020 and Tallwood 1 will open in late 2021.
