Colliers’ Tracy Macdonald awarded Deal Maker of the Year at Bisnow’s CRE Event
On November 16th, Bisnow, a leading platform for the commercial real estate industry, hosted their Toronto Women Leading Real Estate Celebration. Hosted at the Sheraton Centre Hotel, the event kicked-off with a panel discussion, followed by an award ceremony recognizing Toronto’s most influential women in the industry in three categories: Rising Star, Deal Maker of the Year, and Leader of the Year.
Celebrating Our People
Out of 23 nominated professionals, Colliers’ very own Tracy Macdonald, Senior Managing Director, Industrial | GTA was awarded the Deal Maker of the Year. This recognition goes to the nominee who has made a significant contribution to one or more major deals in the Toronto area.
“This award is a testament to Tracy's impactful contributions to the commercial real estate industry, which has seen a significant push towards greater inclusion and diversity. The award reflects the commitment to positive changes in the industry, yet it also highlights the ongoing efforts required to improve women’s representation, particularly in senior roles and fair compensation practices,” said SIOR Canada Central Chapter in their social media post.
Leading one of the top performing sales teams in the country, Tracy is known as an outstanding leader who exemplifies excellence, professionalism, inclusion and advocacy for women in the industry.
