Colliers announces that Synthia Kloot has been named Senior Vice President, Strategy, Finance & Operations, Brokerage Services. As the senior leader in Brokerage Services, Synthia is responsible for brokerage strategic planning and oversees all aspects of Brokerage Services finance and operations. She leads a team of professionals across the country that delivers results.
Synthia is an Executive Champion with Colliers’ North American Diversity & Inclusion Program. She has been instrumental in building awareness of the program within the organization, moving the needle, and empowering teams and individuals to have important conversations on inclusive behaviour in our workplace.
Earlier this year, Synthia was awarded the Wendy McDonald Diversity Champion Award from the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade (GVBOT), and was recently appointed to their Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee.

Synthia’s new title is reflective of her role and will also include Executive Champion, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
