Ankita Khurana and Jaraad Marani from Colliers’ Strategy & Consulting Group, in partnership with The Urban Land Institute (UDI) Capital Region, will conduct a three-part pro forma modeling course titled “UDI Real Estate Development Educational Series: Pro Forma Program” starting on November 27.
The three-week online course is designed to help improve one’s pro forma writing skills, ranging from beginner to more advanced. Participants will learn the fundamentals of pro formas, their inputs and their functions.
For anyone in the industry, pro formas are widely known to be an integral piece of the development puzzle and are often met with confusion. The course aims to guide participants through the process and provide a better understanding of the financial structure of developments overall. Municipal staff, counsel and anyone who has a hand in the development community are encouraged to take advantage of this highly anticipated course.
CPD Credits to be available through BC Housing.
Colliers’ participation in this series is a testament to Colliers’ long-standing relationship with UDI and the organizations’ shared commitment to lend their expertise and provide relevant resources to further elevate the knowledge of industry professionals.
