The Portfolio encompassed five high quality extended-stay properties well situated in irreplaceable and vibrant corporate locations in-and-around the Greater Toronto Area (“GTA”), North America’s fourth largest city, near a confluence of demand generators within strong local markets. Bayview Hospitality Group Inc. is a hotel management and development company headquartered in Toronto, Ontario with a portfolio of six hotels totalling 1,006 guest rooms. The Portfolio was financed by GE Capital Franchise Finance.
