Colliers acted on behalf of The Fuller Landau Group Inc. (the “Receiver”) in its capacity as court appointed receiver of 2177427 Ontario Limited. Colliers ran a Stalking Horse auction marketing process and the Hotel was ultimately sold to a private investor.
Built in late 2014, the Hotel enjoys a superior location adjacent to the Place D’Orleans Shopping Centre off of the Queensway (Highway 174) and is just a 15-minute drive to major attractions in downtown Ottawa.
