Colliers International Hotels served as the exclusive agent to InnVest REIT in the sale of 14 Comfort Inn hotels in Ontario, Quebec and Nova Scotia in 2014/2015. These transactions sold in a variety of single asset and portfolio acquisitions to private investors and hotel investment companies. The assets were well received by the investment community during the marketing process given the favourable location of the hotels, as well as upside operating potential and alternate marketing strategies available for new owners to implement.

  • Comfort Inn Oshawa, ON (79 rooms)
  • Comfort Inn Huntsville, ON (71 rooms)

  • Comfort Inn Dorval, QC (95 rooms)
  • Comfort Inn Pointe Claire, QC (98 rooms)
  • Comfort Inn Owen Sound, ON (60 rooms)
  • Comfort Inn St. Catharines, ON (100 rooms)
  • Comfort Inn Ste. Foy, QC (78 rooms)
  • Comfort Inn Toronto North, ON (144 rooms)
  • Comfort Inn Leamington (61 rooms)
  • Comfort Inn Trenton (76 rooms)
  • Comfort Inn Trois-Rivières (80 rooms)
Three additional transactions were completed by Colliers International Hotels in 2014/2015 on behalf of InnVest REIT:
