Colliers announced that Paul Callegari has been promoted to Vice President, Portfolio Management in the Eastern Region for Real Estate Management Services (REMS).
Paul has been with Colliers for four successful years, previously holding the position of Director, Portfolio Management for REMS’ national accounts across Canada. Paul is a trusted advisor to REMS’ clients and will continue to provide first class service and programs in his new role that facilitate growth opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Paul has over 25 years of experience and knowledge of property management principles across the various asset classes. He has experience in large national account management, acquisitions, dispositions, and long-term property strategies. Over his career, Paul transitioned from accounting to asset and property management with a focus on enhancing asset values, minimizing risk and best in class programs.
