Mississauga Executive Centre 1 Wins the BOMA National TOBY Award for Excellence in Real Estate Management
Colliers Real Estate Management Services is proud to announce that Mississauga Executive Centre 1 (MEC 1) has won the BOMA National TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Award for excellence in real estate management practices! MEC 1 is one of the four Class A office towers that make up the 1.1 million square foot Mississauga Executive Centre in Mississauga, Ontario.
The Mississsauga Executive Centre maintains an award-winning energy-saving program, and was the first complex in Mississauga to attain LEED Gold Certification. The MEC team actively encourages tenant engagement and is involved in a variety of charities and community organizations such as the Canadian Cancer Society and Salvation Army.
The BOMA National TOBY Award is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in commercial real estate, and is an outstanding achievement. This is MEC’s second National TOBY Award, following a National TOBY Award being given to MEC 4 in 2015, and it is among more than 20 other awards it has received since 2005.
