Leanne Reynolds elected Chair of BOMA BC

Colliers Real Estate Management Services (REMS) announces that Leanne Reynolds, Director, Property Management, has been elected Chair of BOMA BC. 

The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of British Columbia is the largest commercial real estate industry association in the province, of which Colliers has been a long-standing member. As Chair, Leanne will represent 300 member companies and advocate on their behalf to provincial and municipal governments, industry stakeholders, and the public. 

Prior to being elected chair, Leanne served as Treasurer on BOMA BC’s Board of Directors. With over 25 years’ experience in commercial real estate, Leanne is well-suited to further strengthen the advocacy, networking opportunities, research, and communications BOMA provides its members.  

“I’m thrilled to be taking on the role of Chair of BOMA BC,” says Leanne. “Not only are there opportunities to better engage with our diverse membership and expand BOMA’s influence across the province, this role will also keep me abreast of key industry trends and deepen my relationship with industry leaders.
