We are pleased to announce that Jared Cowley has been promoted to Vice President, Capital Markets. After nearly six years on the Canadian Brokerage team, where he was a part of the Investment Sales Team, specializing in business development, financial underwriting and transaction management, Jared will be joining the fast-growing Canadian Capital Markets team.
In his new role, Jared will work with Emeka Mayes, Partner, Head of Capital Markets, and Alex Ménard, Senior Vice President, Capital Markets, focusing primarily on investment sales, servicing institutional clients, and working nationally to further enhance and expand Colliers’ position in Capital Markets. Utilizing his in-depth knowledge of the market and his experience in advisory services, Jared will be an incredible addition to the Capital Markets team.
