Together, Colliers Capital Markets and the local Dartmouth/Halifax team worked closely with the Vendor and completed the sale of a business complex with more than 300,000 square feet of office space in low rise, energy efficient buildings.
More than office buildings
Surrounded by beautiful lakes, walking trails and wildlife, the Bluefrog Business Campus was designed with real people in mind. The project aimed to be more than a cluster of office buildings, and our agents were able to find the perfect location and facilitate a deal between like-minded companies.
Environmentally responsible
The Vendor takes great pride in their commitment to the environment and that had to carry over to their tenants. One of the Bluefrog Business Campus buildings has been honored with the HOOPP LEAP award for ‘Building Performance, Low Energy Leader – Medium Building’ four years in a row and another has achieved LEED® Certification which is a rating system for excellence in green building.
