Leading commercial real estate expert Cuthbert joins Colliers to lead the real estate portfolio and asset strategy practice within the Strategy and Consulting Group.
Toronto, ON, April 26, 2021 – Colliers announced today that Peter Cuthbert has joined the company as a Partner within the Strategy & Consulting Group. As the inaugural partner to join the business line, Peter will be instrumental in growing the real estate portfolio and asset strategy practice of the multidisciplinary real estate consulting group that is led by Colliers Canada’s past CEO, David Bowden.
Over the course of his career, Peter has been involved in the finance, valuation, management and investment of diverse commercial real estate assets valued at more than $9 billion. His multi-disciplinary background includes hands on experience with real estate fund management and structuring, real estate investment platform design and implementation, risk management, capital fundraising, asset management, development, appraisal, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions.

An accomplished leader in commercial real estate investment, Peter has over 35 years of experience in the industry. Most recently, Peter was President and Global Head of Fiera Real Estate where he was integral in the creation, success and growth of their investment management platform. Under Peter’s leadership, the business accrued $6 billion in assets under management.
