This year, the event returned to an in-person format at the Union Club in Victoria, following a virtual format in 2022 due to the pandemic.

Tyler Dolan, Managing Director of Vancouver Island and Okanagan, and National Debt Advisory Practice Group Leader, welcomed the attendees and introduced Colliers Brokerage President, Daniel Holmes, who moderated a panel of distinguished real estate experts from Colliers British Columbia. The panel included Anna Wray, Vice President of Victoria; Grant Evans, Senior Vice President of Victoria; and Ty Whittaker, Executive Vice President of Victoria.

The panel explored critical issues currently facing the commercial real estate space, both nationally and locally on Vancouver Island, across various sectors, including retail, office, investment, multi-family, and industrial. The insights by the Colliers experts highlighted the opportunities present in a market navigating unique economic challenges.
