Colliers Canada hires Cathy French and promotes Robyn Baxter to bolster Workplace Advisory offering under Strategy & Consulting practice.
Colliers Canada announced that Cathy French joined the firm as SVP and Co-Managing Director of the Workplace Advisory team, and Robyn Baxter has been promoted to SVP and Co-Managing Director. Cathy and Robyn will work with the Colliers Strategy & Consulting leadership team to strengthen Workplace Advisory practice nationally.
Cathy joins Colliers most recently from RBC, where she was the Director of Global Workplace Strategy and Design for the Corporate Real Estate group. In her role, she led the global transformation of the RBC work environments. Using a research-based and insight-led approach, she supported business strategies, drove innovation and cultural change, enhanced employee experience and wellbeing, and optimized real estate.

Robyn joined Colliers in 2019 as Vice President, Workplace Strategy and Innovation. In this leadership position, Robyn quickly demonstrated her expertise developing effective workplace, change and engagement strategies. She has led her teams to help clients make workplace investments that will accelerate their business processes, enhance employee experiences, and strengthen culture in measurable ways.
