“Colliers’ results at the CREST Awards is a clear indication of our commitment to continuous improvement and sustainability. We set the bar high and we will continue to strive for excellence every year,” says Phillip Raffi, National Energy and Sustainability Manager.

The CREST awards selected winners from a group of over 500 participating buildings and tenant spaces across 40 different organizations in Toronto, representing nearly 80 million square feet of space in the city.

“There were so many participants and it was refreshing and motivating to see all the property management teams get recognized for their leadership in energy efficiency, collaboration and strategic innovation,” says Raffi.
