Phillip Raffi, Colliers Real Estate Management Services' (REMS) Director of Sustainability and Energy, has been recognized as Toronto Hydro's Energy Manager of the Year
This award is given to an energy manager who consistently exceeds his electricity savings targets and continuously delivers outstanding performance results.
“Phillip Raffi was selected because of his continuing outstanding performance as an energy manager. He has demonstrated proactive management and excellent communications skills, which have significantly contributed to great incented and non-incented savings for Colliers REMS and Toronto Hydro,” shares a Toronto Hydro representative who led the evaluation process.
Looking back on 2018 alone, Colliers REMS’ sustainability profile was elevated significantly, due to the launch of their overarching sustainability program, GreenSpace, and the release of the first publicly available Sustainability Report for Colliers REMS.
“Phillip Raffi’s clear sense of purpose and strong leadership is well known by the hundreds of people he works with on a daily basis. He brings together great vision and strong execution skills to make the properties we manage better. We are proud of him and gratified that the industry acknowledges this as well,” shares Scot Adams, Vice President of National Services, Colliers REMS.
In addition to his role at Colliers REMS, Phillip sits on BOMA Toronto’s Board of Directors and has sat on the Building Lasting Change CAGBC committee. He has also served as a featured speaker on multiple panels, including the 2017 and 2018 PM Expo.
