Among the many accolades, we were honoured to receive the distinguished BOMA Toronto TOBY Award for 95 St. Clair Avenue West in the category of buildings between 250,000 and 499,999 square feet! The TOBY (‘The Outstanding Building of the Year’) Award is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in commercial real estate, recognizing excellence in building management.
After partnering with our client, Desjardins Financial Security Life Assurance Company, for only 1.5 years at 95 St. Clair Avenue West, our team more than proved their ability to perform at a first-class level, and Desjardins was thrilled with the results! This marks 95 St. Clair Avenue West’s first TOBY Award, a monumental win for the team.
Additionally, 175 Hargrave in Winnipeg was awarded the TOBY award at the BOMA Manitoba Awards of Excellence luncheon on May 15! 175 Hargrave received an extremely high score – near perfect – which is a testament to the hard work and determination of the team. With these two TOBY award wins, both 95 St. Clair Avenue West and 175 Hargrave will compete for the National TOBY Award on September 11 in St. John’s, Newfoundland.
