95 St. Clair Avenue West and 175 Hargrave Street were honoured with BOMA National TOBY Awards and Deer Lake Centre II won the Net Zero Challenge Award
Colliers Real Estate Management Services (REMS) is pleased to announce that on September 11, 2019, three of our managed properties, 95 St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto, Ontario, 175 Hargrave Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and Deer Lake Centre II in Burnaby, British Columbia won awards at the 2019 BOMA Canada National Awards in St.John’s, Newfoundland.
95 St. Clair Avenue West won the BOMA National Outstanding Building of the Year Award in the “Office: 250,000 – 499,999 SF” category and 175 Hargrave Street won the BOMA National Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award in the “Office: Under 100,000 SF” category. The TOBY is the most prestigious award of its kind in the real estate industry, recognizing excellence in commercial real estate building management. Both 95 St. Clair Avenue West and 175 Hargrave Street were deservingly honoured for their high building standards, significant community impact, positive tenant relations, as well as their sustainability efforts, among many other criteria.
Deer Lake Centre II was awarded the “Best In Class” Net Zero Challenge Award in recognition of its leadership efforts in the industry and exceptional work in progressing towards achieving net zero energy and/or carbon.
