Colliers Real Estate Management Services (REMS) has been awarded management of 1075 West Georgia, a Class A office building in Vancouver’s downtown core. KingSett Capital, Crestpoint Real Estate Investments and Reliance Properties partnered on the acquisition from British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCIMC), which closed on April 1st.
Located in Vancouver’s downtown core, the Class A, 26-storey, 360,000 SF property is 100% leased and LEED Gold certified. The award-winning building was designed by renowned architect, Arthur Erickson, and holds a Class A heritage status.
This win further cements REMS’ reputation as the provider of choice for Class A+ assets. Already familiar with REMS’ strong national platform and first-class service levels, the client viewed REMS as an advisor for Class A buildings and determined that REMS was therefore the best manager to help them reposition and revitalize 1075 West Georgia.
