Colliers Real Estate Management Services is pleased to have been awarded management of The Offices at Burrard Place, a brand-new AAA office building in Vancouver.
When construction is completed this year, the 13 story, 140,000 SF building, designed by renowned architect Bing Thom, will feature a striking curved glass façade, 11 ft ceilings, and an outdoor green space that encourages pedestrian traffic and social engagement.
Located at the southern entrance to Vancouver’s growing downtown peninsula, there is a lot of anticipation for how The Offices at Burrard Place will energize this new hub of residential and commercial activity.
