The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence. This year marks the seventh time in a row Colliers has won Best Canadian Property Consultancy and Property Consultancy Website; the fifth time it has received the Best Property Consultancy Marketing distinction; and the first time it has entered and won the Best Development Marketing category.

“Our achievement in this year’s International Property Awards is a testament to our professionals’ advisory, marketing and technological expertise,” said David Bowden, CEO of Colliers International Canada. “We are truly honoured by this recognition, and will continue to invest in our platform and elevate our capabilities to enable our people to excel and do their best work, and deliver exemplary client experiences.”

Other Canadian winners include Cayman Marshall International Realty Inc. – Best Real Estate Agency Canada; Oxford Properties Group – Best Commercial High-Rise Development Canada (EY Tower); and PCI Developments Corp. – Best Mixed-Use Development Canada (Marine Gateway).

The awards are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, UK and USA. The highest-scoring winners from each region are automatically entered into the overall International Awards, which ultimately determine the world’s finest property companies.
