Colliers International Asset Advisory Services (AAS) has been awarded management of York Mills Centre, a Class A office complex in Toronto’s Yonge-York Mills corridor. Gazit TripLLLe Canada, the asset manager, Gazit Globe, and a Toronto-based private real estate investment firm all partnered on this acquisition in a joint venture, which closed on December 20th, 2019.

Situated in Toronto’s North Yonge corridor, the Class A 570,000-square foot mid-rise complex is LEED and BOMA BEST Gold certified. In addition to offering both office and retail space, the site boasts direct access to TTC and GO Transit terminals, as well as Highway 401.
