On February 25, Colliers hosted its first Women in Commercial Real Estate: Breaking the Norms Panel and Networking Event in Toronto. The event, held at Colliers Downtown Toronto office, connected senior representatives from Colliers Canada with university students considering a career in commercial real estate. Our dynamic female executives shared their stories of challenges and successes, career paths and offered advice for building professional networks.

A Letter to My Younger Self
Globally, Colliers will celebrate International Women’s Month under the theme “A Letter to My Younger Self.” We’ll be posting letters from women from across all lines of business sharing wisdom, insight and learnings from over the course of their career. Inspired by similar letters written by Michelle Obama, Joe Biden and others, the posts will be appear on our social media channels throughout the month of March.
International Women’s Day Breakfast
In recognition of International Women’s Day, Colliers will host a special breakfast reception on March 8th for Colliers employees in Vancouver. This event will feature a discussion with female and male business leaders on topical themes impacting the workplace. Our speakers span various industries, with experiences ranging from leadership consultancy to wealth management.
We’re looking forward to hearing from an expert panel of speakers who will share excerpts of a letter written to their younger self, reflecting on defining moments and lessons learned throughout their careers.
