YEAR IN REVIEW

In 2023 there were 113 transactions in GTA Apartments, for a value of $1,296,539,716. This is down approximately 51% in aggregate value compared to full year 2022 when there were 172 transactions for total value of $2,644,950,840. This resulted in a 34 % decrease in number of transactions. There were 4,687 units traded in 2023 vs 7,652
