330 St. Mary Avenue has achieved a remarkable 23% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and has undertaken several retrofits including a replacement of the building curtain wall and LED lighting upgrade. The 330 St. Mary Avenue team also actively encourages tenant engagement and has launched an innovative e-waste drive in partnership with a social enterprise that creates jobs for the local community.
The BOMA National TOBY Award is the most distinguished and comprehensive program of its kind in commercial real estate and is an outstanding achievement. This is REMS’ second consecutive National TOBY Award, with MEC winning the award last year.
