Myles provides uncommon local market knowledge to his clients. Myles focuses on the GTA Office Market and his services include assisting his clients with new leasing, subleasing, investment sales, cost containment (reduction of operating expenses),space planning and project management.
During his time at Colliers, Myles manages Bombardier Rail globally, assisting them with acquisitions, dispositions, consultancy, as well as leasing and market research. In addition to Bombardier he represented Sita, Safe-Guard, InnVest Reit, Mead Johnson and PHD.
A graduate of the Ivey Business School, Matthew works as part of Colliers' Private Capital Investment Group. The 17-person team works exclusively with non-institutional landlords (such as family offices, small-to-medium sized businesses and high net-worth individuals) and helps them unlock the full potential of their Commercial Real Estate assets in line with changing market conditions.
Matthew specializes in the listing, marketing and disposition of Mixed-Use and Office properties across the GTA. With a database of over 5000 Commercial Real Estate Investors, Developers and Owner-Users, the competitive bidding process which the team is able to create ensures that Vendors receive the highest possible price upon disposition of their assets. His ability to uncover uncommon knowledge for his clients is attributed to his strong relationships with senior brokers and time spent speaking to landlords. Matthew capabilities include:

Prior to his career at Colliers, Matthew worked at a Fortune 500 technology company and a Toronto-based wealth management firm. On a personal level, Matthew is an avid Toronto sports fan, interested in technology, and enjoys playing golf and hockey.
