As President of Colliers for Saskatchewan, Tom is responsible for executing the provincial business strategy. Colliers has grown to be the largerst commercial real estate services provider in Saskatchewan with over 135 professionals managing 10 million square feet of property and executing over 500 transactions annually on behalf of our local, national and multi-national clients.
Tom has a diverse background in real estate. He received his Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan and attained his CPA, CA designation. Prior to joining Colliers Tom worked in Chicago and Toronto for a major accounting firm providing commercial real estate services to national and multi-national public and private clients in areas of due diligence, acquisition advisory, portfolio restructuring and financing, and capital markets.

· Led Colliers to be Saskatchewan’s largest commercial real estate services firm
· Developed offices in Saskatoon and Regina – the only national commercial real estate firm with presence in both cities
· Manages a team of over 135 professionals throughout the province

· Developed industry-leading information systems including an extensive Commercial Property Database – the most comprehensive in Saskatchewan
· Provides the team and clients current market leading research and uncommon knowledge

· Completed over 500 transactions in Saskatchewan in 2018
