Russell has served as project manager on a wide variety of complex development advisory assignments locally, as well as throughout North America, China, the Middle East, and South America. Russell provides expertise in strategic planning, market analyses, demand modelling, site location strategies, demographic forecasting, and development feasibility studies for both public and private sector clients.
