Il a travaillé au sein de la communauté des affaires du sud-est du Nouveau-Brunswick et s'est forgé une réputation d'excellence dans le service à la clientèle, un bon sens des affaires et la gestion des relations avec la clientèle. Pierre a également été un leader communautaire la plupart de sa carrière, étant impliqué dans les sports mineurs, le Rotary et de nombreux conseils d'administration et comités. Bill has been an active member of the Greater Moncton business community for over 20 years. He has been a shareholder with a variety of gaming and technology companies. Bill brings his unquestionable desire to provide excellent customer service to Colliers International. Using technology and creative business acumen, he has redefined the traditional process of commercial sales.
Bill is a strong believer in and supporter of community engagement. He was a key member of the Kay Community Centre Foundation. This dedicated group of volunteers saved a local Moncton hockey rink from destruction and transformed it into the Crossman Community Centre. Today the Centre hosts a variety of activities for people of all ages. Bill is currently a coach in minor hockey. He is also the 2nd Vice Chairperson of the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation. The Foundation is currently raising $10M to improve the quality of care at the hospital.
Martine has a background in commercial real estate marketing and research and the hospitality industry where she has gained valuable leadership, management and relationship building skills working for a luxury hotel brand in increasingly senior leadership roles. A fluently bilingual New Brunswick native, her connections in the business community span the province.
I joined the team at Colliers International New Brunswick in July 2015, as a commercial property sales and leasing agent, with an focus on office and retail properties. Drawing on my 25+ years experience in the real estate industry, I look forward to serving clients with their various real estate needs, including property acquisitions, sales, and tenancy agreements. I am a licensed Realtor with the New Brunswick Real Estate Association, am a Commissioner of Oaths, and a member of ICSC, and BOMA NB/PEI.
From 2003 to 2015 I was employed at Co-op Atlantic, originally in the role of Real Estate Coordinator with my primary focus being the sales, leasing, and management of excess real estate assets. In 2008, I was promoted to Manager, Real Estate Development where I managed the real estate development & project management activities for new construction and property improvements for retail grocery stores, multi-unit housing, and financial services institutions, while also continuing the property sales, leasing, and property management functions.
Prior to this, I began my real estate career with O&Y Enterprise in shopping center marketing & promotions, and was later promoted to Property Manager of several retail shopping centers, office, and industrial/warehouse properties for multiple national owners, including Rio Can. I was employed here for 14 years.
Mike is currently Director of Corporate Sales and Leasing at Colliers International, New Brunswick, assisting institutional and private investment in Commercial Real Estate. He is applying his many years of business ownership experience to assist clients in buying and/or selling commercial real estate, businesses as well as leasing opportunities.
Mike joined Colliers from a Senior position in the Transportation Industry and many years of Entrepreneurial, business and Financial Management experience. He began his working career in Banking and added experience in the Insolvency field before purchasing his first business in 1984.
Mike provides a strong work ethic to add to his experience in order to service existing and soon to be existing clients in all of their Commercial Real Estate requirements.
Marco DiBonaventura has been a licenced Real Estate Agent since 2005. Born and raised in the Greater Moncton area, Marco has a bachelor’s degree in sport and recreation at the Université de Moncton.
He has launched his career in several aspects in Real Estate: residential, multi residential unit sales as well as owner and property manager, condominium/ commercial sales and renovations. Understanding the importance of making a real estate investment, Marco’s dedication, passion, motivation and honesty will guide you to make the right choices to meet your needs and expectations. Marco also provides service in 3 languages…..English, French and Italian. His business is based mostly on referrals and repetitive business. I started my professional career following the completion of the Legal Administration/Legal Assistant course at Oulton College where I graduated with a 3.67 GPA. Following my graduation I was immediately hired at Cantini Law Group, one of the largest personal injury firms in New Brunswick, where I completed my on the job practicum.
During my time at Cantini Law Group, I worked my way up to become the Litigation Paralegal for the Senior Partner, which was my position up until the time I decided to pursue a new career opportunity. I was with the firm for 8 years, when I decided to open the door to expanding my career into the marketing realm.
I was always known to be social media savvy amongst my peers. I got my first real start in the marketing field when I started creating social media marketing campaigns for local companies in the Greater Moncton Area as an on-the-side endeavour.
After seeing the positive impact of my online social media marketing for various establishments, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and pursue a career.
I am now the full-time Marketing Coordinator for Colliers International New Brunswick and Platinum Atlantic Realty. My primary focus is managing their online presence and coordinating the content on all social media platforms, which includes creating customized advertisement materials.
