-Represents the owner of 175 Hargrave Street & 330 St. Mary Avenue, two class B buildings totalling 225,000 SF from 2006-present

Tenant Representation:

-The Great West Life Assurance Company - completed multiple transactions over the last few years including a 63,000 SF deal in 2003 and a 73,000 SF deal in 2010

-Corus Premium Television - 16,000 SF new deal in 2010

-Winnipeg Regional Health Authority - 80,000 SF of new deals in 2010

-College of Physicians & Surgeons of Manitoba - 11,000 SF renewal and expansion in 2010

-Commercial Credit Adjusters - 16,000 SF new deal in 2010

-CanWest Media - 7,000 SF renewal in 2008

-YellowPages Group - 9,000 SF new deal in 2007, 12,000 SF in 2008, and 25,000 SF sublease in 2007/08

-Prairie Research - 10,000 SF renewal & expansion in 2008

-Viterra - negotiated a 38,000 SF lease surrender in 2008
