As Chief Development Officer, Olivia MacAngus brings over a decade of experience in government, procurement, and infrastructure. Prior to joining Colliers, Olivia served as the Managing Director of PwC's Capital Projects and Infrastructure practice in the national capital region. Previously, Olivia led Plenary Group's business development activities and government relations across Canada. Olivia was also Director of Corporate Strategy with PPP Canada, where she was actively involved in developing PPP Canada's policies and guidelines for the implementation of infrastructure procurements within the federal government and other levels of government.

Gordon has 30 years experience in the construction industry, including the establishment of two consulting practices. He has led successful delivery of hundreds of commercial, municipal, institutional and retail projects throughout Canada. He has extensive expertise delivering specialized project management services requiring rigorous quality, cost, sustainability and schedule control. Gordon is responsible for the compliance of Colliers Project Leaders’ quality assurance program with ISO 9001:2008 requirements and all aspects of operational excellence.
