Oliver Tighe leads the Commercial Appraisal Division in Ottawa for Colliers International. Oliver is responsible for the development and management of Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services Division in the National Capital Region. The Ottawa Valuation & Advisory Team offers extensive expertise in a variety of real estate assets. Current staff includes two AACI designated appraisers and three candidate appraisers. We can handle assignments on single and multi user industrial, office and retail facilities as well as lands and multi-family assets. The team also has extensive expertise working with special use assets such as places of worship, self storage facilities, hotels, hospitals and recreational facilities. Colliers VAS Ottawa is available for all of your real estate appraisal and consulting needs. We complete high quality appraisals with short turn around times for competitive fees. We are also on all lenders approved appraiser lists and can deliver reports in as little as two business days.
Réalisations
Achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science followed by a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the UBC Sauder School of Business. In 2010 Oliver achieved the AACI designation.
Oliver is an active member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and currently serves as an investigator and peer reviewer with the Professional Practice Committee.

Roxanne joined Colliers International and Advisory Services Group in Ottawa in 2015. Currently in an Associate role, she is working towards her AACI designation. Clients like working with Roxanne because of her strong work ethic and the quality and precision of her work. While continuing to enhance her valuation skills and techniques on the various asset types such as retail, multi-residential, land, office and industrial, Roxanne has a particular fascination and passion for built history. As a result, Roxanne is working towards becoming a specialist within the field of Heritage properties.
Before Colliers Roxanne was a property manager in Montreal, which exposed her to a number of aspects of the real estate industry. In this role, Roxanne was involved with leasing negotations for residential and commercial tenants, the organization and supervision of building systems and operations, and ensuring that the financial objectives of the company were attained. Through this experience she was able to enrich her customer service skills to exceed client expectations.
