Nick specializes in retail leasing and sales with Colliers and has been in Commercial Real Estate for 4 years with involvement in over 250 leasing and sales transactions.
Prior to joining Colliers, Nick was Vice President of a boutique real estate firm where he represented tenants, landlords, purchasers and vendors and practiced in all fields of commercial real estate.
Nick has experience in leasing, sales, renewals surrenders, sub-leasing and purchases from tenant, landlord, buyers and vendors perspectives. His commitment to his clients goals and expectations have led to Nick's success in real estate. Nick is tenacious and takes great pride in searching and negotiating the best locations for his tenants. On the other side, Nick works frivolously to fill landlord vacancies with qualified local and national tenants.
Nick has international experience and has lived in the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Japan and the United States. Nick has taken courses in Real Estate Finance, Lease Negotiations, is an ICSC member and is working towards his CCIM designation.
